Amanda “Mandy” Minutola currently serves as the Director of Athletic Training and Director of Sales for Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance. A native of New Jersey, Mandy received her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Marywood University in Scranton, PA in 2010. Mandy served as the first ever Athletic Trainer for Forest City High School in Forest City, PA while also serving as the Head Athletic Trainer for the Semi-Professional Men’s Basketball League Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Steamers team from 2010-2012. In 2012, Mandy moved to Delaware and served as a Sports Medicine Supervisor with ATI Physical Therapy in Northern DE/Southern PA from 2014-2016 and the Athletic Trainer for Ursuline Academy in Wilmington, DE from 2012-2016.

Kelly Stafford currently serves as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for the University of Delaware. She received her bachelor's degree in athletic training from the University of Delaware in 2008. As an undergraduate, she earned the Paris Delligatti Memorial Scholarship for commitment to the well-being of student athletes and the departmental Robert A. Layton award for service and academics. She earned her master’s degree in athletic training from the University of Kentucky in 2010. While at UK, she worked with a team of graduate assistants to organize, develop, and implement an athletic training program for 11 public middle schools in Lexington, Ky.
Following graduate school she worked as the assistant athletic trainer at SUNY Old Westbury in Old Westbury, N.Y. While at Old Westbury she was awarded the departmental Ted Panteles Award for her dedication to the Athletics and Recreation Program. |

Heather Heidel received her undergraduate degree in athletic training from the University of Delaware. Before joining the staff at Sussex Tech, Heather worked as an athletic trainer at another area high school and at Tidewater Physical Therapy in Milton, DE.

Kathleen Kenney currently serves as the athletic trainer at Laurel Middle High School, where she has been since 2013.
She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Delaware in 2011, where she served as President of the then Student Athletic Trainers' Club (SATC). She went onto get her Master's at Drexel University in Sports Management while working with field hockey and women's lacrosse. Kathleen has also volunteered since 2009 as medical staff for the Blue Gold All Star football game in Delaware. |

Nicole "Nikki" Yates joined the University of Delaware athletics staff in January, 2014 and serves as an associate athletic trainer for the Blue Hens. She works primarily with the men's lacrosse team. A native of Jacksonville, Fla., Lounsberry came to Delaware after serving the previously at Kentucky State University in Frankfort, Ky. She joined the KSU staff in 2011 as an assistant with primary responsibilities with women's volleyball, cross country, men's and women's basketball, and softball. She was promoted to head athletic trainer in 2012 and worked with the football, baseball, and men's and women's track & field programs. While at KSU, she also served as an adjunct professor, teaching classes in athletic training and physical education.
Prior to her time at Kentucky State, Lounsberry served as an undergraduate athletic trainer for two years at North Florida in 2006-08, as a graduate assistant athletic trainer and teaching assistant at the University of Kentucky in 2008-10, and as head athletic trainer at Tates Creek High School in Lexington, Ky. during the 2010-11 athletics season. She earned her bachelor's degree with honors in athletic training from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Fla. in 2008 and her master's degree in athletic training from the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Ky. in 2010. |
