iLEAD is a leadership workshop for junior and senior undergraduate students that is held in conjunction with the Athletic Training Educator's Conference (ATEC). Students attending iLEAD will participate in a series of educational and interactive sessions designed to help them learn to lead and communicate better as they enter the workforce and represent the profession of Athletic Training. It is a fun and engaging environment with 150+ students from 40+ states who come together to participate in group sessions.

iLead this year will feature presentations from NATA President Scott Sailor, EdD, ATC, NATA Research & Education President R.T. Floyd, EdD, ATC, CSCS, and BOC President Susan McGowen, PhD, ATC, among others.

  • Professional Responsibility
  • Networking
  • Mentorship
  • Cultural Competence​
